The Queen and I
I am always traveling and exploring new kingdoms and new lands.. so in my travels I was very lucky to run into Queen melanie.. she was not the typical queen she was always a very outgoing queen. she would constantly beg me to show her all of the worlds treasures and so I would.. I would show her what I saw in this great beautiful land. She was so used to her beautiful castle that she had no idea what lie out side the wall.. but as you know her curiousity got the best of her and she had to go outside to find out.. so she called for my assistance to make her look like a peasant and to show her what she had not seen.
One day I decided to show her what it was like to be like a servant or peasant.. to roam the lands.. I took queen melanie to the swamp lands to hunt some geese and she didn't know where to look... but than neither did I since the swamp grass was so tall. So after hours of looking with queen melanie.. we decided to move on... So than I took her too the village to teach her about common customs, courtesy's and of course signs.
I showed her what it was like to live in these lands by taking her to some houses and to see the living conditions of the land.. Of course she didn't like some of the conditions they were quite broke down and quite horrible.. a place that no one should have to live in. I looked far and wide to show her what I seen in the land and I realized that she needed to take a walk through the land like the peasants did.. no horse and carriage for her. I showed her how the peasants scavanged for food and showed her that the oranges were also good to eat.. of course she wanted me to eat some first before her highness ate some herself.. so that she could tell weather I would keel over and die or be just fine.
As I showed her the many beauty's of this land we traveled to my house which was a very nice house seeing that I
was a servant of the queen.. I invited the queen in to the servants quarters which were very crowded and than we ensued in a game of chess.. so all in all it was a very wonderful experience.. I think the queen realized just how much she was a tree hugger and I told her that she shouldn't climb trees too much because she might become a koala bear. she agreed and so she decided to make an emblem to represent the queens knowledge of the problems in the land and to promise the people that she would make better living conditions for them. So as for now she has decided to let the people live in her newly built mosque.
