The Queen and I

The Queen and I
I am always traveling and exploring new kingdoms and new lands.. so in my travels I was very lucky to run into Queen Melanie. She was not the typical queen she was always a very outgoing queen. she would constantly beg me to show her all of the worlds treasures and so I would.

I would show her what I saw in this great beautiful land. She was so used to her beautiful castle that she had no idea what lie out side the wall.. but as you know her curiousity got the best of her and she had to go outside to find out.. so she called for my assistance to make her look like a peasant and to show her what she had not seen.

One day I decided to show her what it was like to be like a servant roaming the lands. I took queen Melanie to the swamp lands to hunt some geese and she didn't know where to look, but than neither did I since the swamp grass was so tall. So after hours of looking with queen Melanie, we decided to move on.
So than I took her too the village to teach her about common customs, courtesy's and of course signs.

I showed her what it was like to live in these lands by taking her to some houses and to see the living conditions of the land.. Of course she didn't like some of the conditions they were quite broke down and quite horrible.. a place that no one should have to live in.

I looked far and wide to show her what I seen in the land and I realized that she needed to take a walk through the land like the peasants did.. no horse and carriage for her. I showed her how the peasants scavanged for food and showed her that the oranges were also good to eat..

of course she wanted me to eat some first before her highness ate some herself.. so that she could tell weather I would keel over and die or be just fine.

As I showed her the many beauty's of this land we traveled to my house which was a very nice house seeing that I was a servant of the queen.. I invited the queen in to the servants quarters which were very crowded and than we ensued in a game of chess.. so all in all it was a very wonderful experience.

I think the queen realized just how much she was a tree hugger  and I told her that she shouldn't climb trees too much because she might become a koala bear. she agreed and so she decided to make an emblem to represent the queens knowledge of the problems in the land and to promise the people that she would make better living conditions for them. So as for now she has decided to let the people live in her newly built mosque.
Queen melanie had heard a rumor of the hidden cave system in the land.. but she never believed that it was possible when everything in the land was so open and so visible.. yet she had never known about the peasants hard life and so she decided that maybe it did exist..
one day when she was exploring the many rooms of her castle.. she happened to stop to look at a broken glass mirror that seemed to have no purpose in her kingdom but to look like some disgusting piece of art. As she stepped to look closer she happened to trip and bump into the button on the wall causing the wall behind her to close in on her and drop very rapidly through the scary shaft. When it stopped it came to a room where some paintings were painted on the wall. She looked at them and realized that this must have been pictures of the flintstones hidden caves... as she turned around she screamed as she ran into her bodyguard Basu.. he had followed her down the shaft to the underground cavern.. good thing too she needed his expertise to help find her way out of the cave system.. it surprised her to find that there were so many tunnels that she decided to pick a direction and hope that she could find the flintstone village that she had seen on the wall... Soon she came to an opening where she ran into a huge garden... with beautiful structures and some beautiful lakes.. and a swing hanging next to the water.. so she took her curiosity and headed for the swing.. meanwhile her bodyguard took watch in a cavern by the river bank. After she had swang to her hearts delight she decided to see more of this hidden kingdom. She traveled along to an opening where she saw some old broke down kingdom's it reminded her of the times that she had gone with her servant girl to see the kingdom. It was just then that she realized that her bodyguard was chasing a visitor to the kingdom around some strange structure.. come to her surprise it was her servant friend.. who had somehow found this kingdom.. and not told the queen. How dare she hide such a wonder from the queen. As they swung around on the structure fighting back and forth.. the servant flew off and fled to another part of this kingdom. So they tracked the servant girl to see where she might possibly have run to. "have no fear queen for BASU is here"..."We will find this servant girl and possibly she will lead us to the hidden kingdom" As they rounded the bend they came across a mosque.. which was like the other but when they looked across the lake they saw the hidden caves they were looking for.. it was hidden behind a broken down building.across the swamp.. so they took a boat and crossed the river to the other side. there they jumped out and went to explore the houses. The banks were so beautiful that they just wanted to stay forever.. and the water shimmered a beautiful green... They traveled for many hours through rocky and green terrain. as they explored this beautiful land they came across some swamp land so thick it was hard to cross sometimes. Than they found some houses built into the caves that werequite cosy. with fireplaces and windows.. you could see for miles! Than they found a house where the servant girl was unsuspetingly taking a shower... She was caught in the act. Seeing that the servant girl was soo embarrassed and had been hiding the caves from the queen due to the fact that she had wanted a place to go in secret away from the people of the town, they decided to keep the place quiet. So the servant girl showed the queen and her bodyguard around to all of the treasures and hidden beauty's of the land. She showed them the hidden passages and the fireplaces, the bathrooms and some more sites to view. They had so much fun in the place that they decided to name the village after its rumored name.. the Flintstone village. Queen melanie loved the view and everything the small secluded island had to offer.. the graffiti showed that she belonged in a little love shack of her own and her guardsman was always there to look out for her so she had little to worry about. She could live here forever.. or could she...

The servant girl heard a noise coming from across the lake.. it must be the crazy people.. the ones who have been sabotaging this village with graffiti.. quick send word to the arabic women to come and protect our village.. send word to the women who live in the mosque across the lake...Use the cool chic butterfly method.. and they will come save us.. for their eyes see all!

THE GRAFFITI STONE KINGS

The muslim women from the mosque heard our cries and they knew how ruthless the graffiti kings from across the lake were.. the reccommended that we should go into hiding..for if the graffiti kings ever found us they would be sure to make us one of their porcelain statues like so many of the past war. So they recommended that we should go see the great advisor  in china and get his advice and support to be hidden from the great stone king. So they told us to go see chief sleepalot to take the boat across the great waters to the chinese colony of the great advisor. There we would find many mysteries and many magical beings and animals of unknown species. Upon finding chief sleepalot in his boat he lived up to his name and it took us all day to wake him to travel.. so we traveled through the streams and hidden caverns for so long that we thought we were seeing things and our minds were playing tricks on us.. the fog and the morning colors were very pretty and the queen and I had never seen so much beauty..when we came to the clearing we gladly hopped out of the boat and were pointed on our way through miles of land to the colony... we walked through thick brush and and carefully moved and listened to the world around us watching out for the stone king and his friends. After a while the queen started to get tired and she wanted to stop and take a break.. "my feet hurt, can't we just stop here and stay for the night.. I am pooped.." said the queen.. "well only for a little bit but than we must be on our way again.. we can't leave our trail too visible." So we stopped and took a picture and than continued through the land.. it was very pretty lands where we traveled.. we came to a clearing with many beautiful friendly cranes.. we could walk right up to them.. we figured it must mean that we were getting close to the great advisor. so we walked some more and came to a very  beautiful land filled with birds of all colors, birds we had never seen and birds that were yet only seen in this land. we looked and looked and everywhere we looked we saw more to see  and more things that we didn't notice that just made the land so beautiful. We  could stay in this animal paradise forever, we could sit and bathe in this beauty forever.. it was so wonderful that we decided to stay for a while and listen to the birds..watch them and see how they went about their everyday life and observe the rare and undiscovered species of  birds.. and the bees.. which I was not so fond of. But for the most part it was the most beautiful place I had ever been and I was not about to go and find another.. this was like my home away from home.. even better than the caves where I had lived before.. yes this definitely was a paradise.Soon we came to the clearing inside the ring of paradise where we found a small v village which was down in the middle of the land with water around  it that sparkled so beautiful that we thought this must be the advisor's colony.. as we approached we saw many happy people sitting and chatting like they were in  a heavenly place which no one could disturb. So we walked up to one of the huts and asked  the keeper if he knew where the great advisor lived.. he invited us in for tea and than pointed us on our  way past the purple river to the advisors peaceful sitting place. After several more miles of walking and listening to the queens complaints for hunger and about her precious feet.. we came upon the great advisor... upon seeing the great advisor he awoke from hismeditation and told us that he was waiting for us to come.. I was so surprised that he knew we were looking for him. I guess that is why they call him the great advisor. Maybe he is the all seeing one we have been hearing about. "come sit and enjoy a meal or two.. you are safe here.. come enjoy my land and all it has to offer" the advisor said. So I sat and talked and learned a lot from the great wise advisor. "you are free to roam my lands, and eat at my family table with my colony." he said. So I told him our problem with the stone king and he said that he would think about it and let us know a peaceful solution to our problem. But in the meantime we should go and have dinner with his colony and catch up on our much needed rest. The food was wonderful and the beds were so comfortable, that the queen slept so well that she had many wonderful dreams.. dreams of the future
and dreams of events that she would like to happen.

THE UNDERCOVER AGENTS
The advisors best advice to protect us from the Graffiti stone kings were to go undercover and observe them.. than infiltrate them and become one of them so that we could stop their graffiti madness. So we got dressed in our pt uniforms so that we could blend in better. "how do I look.. do I fit in?" So we traveled from  china across the lake and around some rivers, meanwhile seeing many signs and wonders.. and even messages written in stone before coming to the stone kingdom... there we rested for a minute to have a picnic and relax "this place is cool with me" said the queen.. "I could practically live out here its so nice" she said.. while laying her head back and giving me the nod. So we ate a wonderful meal and cooled off swimming in the lake.
We looked out across the land to the stone kings hideout..there  was plenty to see and many  beautiful lands and structures around us. there we observed the rivers and  snuck up on the stone kings hideaway.. we found the old hut.. where the walls were blown away .. we couldn't believe our eyes at the conditions of this living..so  we looked closer and than we found the most amazing thing of all... we found a story etched into the wall of the stone kings and their graffiti and acts of rebellion but than next to it.. it showed  them again as a more civialized culture changing over to be better people.. so we decided to move on and investigate more. we came upon the great stone chicken and the stone bird which  led us to believe that they possibly had connections to the lady of the lake.. since these were her two primary symbols.. maybe the great war was over protecting the lady of the lake from the advisors colony of simplicity and land versus water and building.. maybe that is why the great advisor didn't like the stone kings cause they always wanted to build structures and move the water around. Why would the reformed colony of mp men be called graffiti stone kings? cause they built temples for their queen on habitat land? We need to find out for sure.. as we traveled more  into the kingdom we came upon a lookout tower and the hotel where the famous Stone kings lived. "I've got an idea" said queen melanie.. lets get inside and find out the truth. So we snuck in the back way and just so happened to find a room of one of the stone kings with uniforms in it.. so we dressed up and started to walk down the hallway with the rest of the stone kings. So we walked up to one of the stone kings and asked him about the lady of the lake and what he  thought of her.. "oh she's great.. if it wasn't for her, we never would have become the honorable society that we are today.. she gave us a new outlook on life.. she taught us how to use our art skills to build temples and structures and helped us to see the land and how useful it is to us if we use it right and build structures with lakes around them it will bring many profits and wealth to us." "she even sent us this promise vase that says ifwe ever need anything we can come see her for help" he said."what about the great advisor, the muslim women and the queen?""Well the great advisor and us got into a war because the advisor didn't want us to build our structures, the muslim women didn't like us for our drinking habitsand art skills, and the queen well some of our people helped to build a temple for her for her homeless people.. but we really haven't had  a chance to meet her  since she lives so far away" As we looked around we noticed just how right he was.. the art was definitely beautiful and put to good use. So we grabbed a ride home on the bus and continued on our journeys.. Maybe they weren't so bad after all.. maybe it was just perspective.

I received a message from my messenger who landed on my porch.. it was a message from my sister in michigan.. she was asking for me to come for a visit to see her and all of my friends to come for a family reunion. I hadn't been home in at least a year. so I packed my bags and headed out. On the flight out I thought back to the good times a few memories of my stay with the queen, and I remembered some events I had forgotten. There was the time I went to the Charlie Daniels concert with SFC Kimbley and we had the chance to hear The Devil Went Down to Georgia, and had a chance to watch the dueling fiddles. It was quite interesting, I remembered going on a detail and driving in the area where there were hardly any roads and the terrain was quite rough. There was so much to see but things were getting monotonous working for the queen. So I thought this would be a good opportunity to see another part of the world.

It was a long three days to get home. I couldn't wait to get there. When I arrived my parents were there to pick me up and I was so excited to see my sister, although she was always taller than me she was still my little big sister. When I got home my sister told me that while I was gone they had found three baby bunnies whose mother had been hit by a car so they were feeding them and raising them up big enough to release. they were feeding them pet milk and grass, when they first caught them they were small enough to fit in a tea cup. Now they were a little bigger but only about 4 inches long. We watched them as the hyperactive thumpers bounced around and kicked and chomped down their food.

But the cats were also watching and waiting to pounce. So we had to put them in the other room  and put a book over the metal part of the top of the cage so that they wouldn't get loose in the house. But maybe it wasn't the cat's that we should have been concerned about. Maybe I should have been concerned about Tiffany, Matt, and my cousin Sammi with her fries up her nose trick. Definitely Sammi, cause she had the guts to do something so nasty.

Anyway I went to visit my best friend Miranda and got to see her two little girls Alley and Kaitlyn who were getting so big now. I spent some time just catching up and watching the kids.. she took me to see her husbands work place because she wanted to show his boss her littlest. Alley ran around with a pin from the store pretending that she was the one working there.. she twirled around till she fell over tired of spinning.

So later on we went out to eat at Logans. Miranda, Holly, Jordan, Tiffany and I. The food was great.. we talked about all the new changes and people getting married and having kids and that it was almost time for my highschool reunion again.

By the weekend it was time to go to plow day to see my grandpa judge the horses plow and have a potluck. this was to be the last plow day for this place after many years
These horses were judged by how well they worked together, if they could do it for a long period of time with the proper pace, and even how well they were matched. They also had an obstacle course with a water tank overflowing that the horses had to step over as a challenge.

While in michigan my queen called me over my secret lines of communication to tell me my next mission, she informed me that not only was I to go to Michigan to visit, but I needed to go on a vacation with special agent "Tiffy Banks" she would take me to new york where we would find out about the culture of the fast city.

Tiffy Banks
Lovey
Little Man Tyler A.K.A Big Pimp'm
Special agent "Lovey" and "little man" Tyler A.K.A Big Pimp'n were to be our guides they would show us how to be rough and tough in the big city and it was our mission to track down the mission impossible underwater explorer and to capture the green lady's picture that would lead us to her secret island. Tiffy banks just so happen to be my sister, in disguise. Tiffy ran her own jewelry company, which was really a front for their operation of secret agents in New York. One of those agents who came into her store quite regularly was Regis Philman. He was our inside guy, Tiffy sent him a message to see when she could talk to him, but being the busy guy he was he told us to wait in line for his show and he would let us know. So we waited in line at the Regis and Kelly show to get in to see him. It wasn't until we were four away from the door and sick and tired of hearing about the crazy Californian guy named teddy that we saw our guy entering the building. We didn't make it in before they closed the line but we had a chance to see his show and he talked about the underwater explorer who was down the street. So naturally we raced in that direction passing buildings to get to the underwater explorer. There we found of all people David Blane in a bubble and many reporters on the scene. They were interviewing him to find out what it was like and to look and see how bad his hands were getting, since he was under water for a week. We didn't see how this had to do with a mission impossible or green lady but we knew we were getting hungry. So lovey escorted us in her truck to her mother's house so we could get a bite to eat. It was more than a bite to eat of course cause her mother always cooked big meals. My sister and I had already tried the Cold Stone Ice Cream and had some Italian pizza and now we had to eat some more at least ten plates according to my sister, to be polite. We just didn't know how to do it. We asked her mother what she thought about the green lady and her thoughts about the hidden island. She told us that it was according to the legend of the times, the green lady might be a friend of Madame Toussauds, this was a wax museum located down at the times square. So we thanked our hostess and took off to Times Square where we found many beautiful sights and a bunch of strange party bike riders, all pedaling to go down the street. It sure was a different culture and state entirely. We spotted Madame Toussauds and went in, and looked at the statues but they were all too expensive to view. We stepped out on the street and low and behold a firetruck passed by and above it was the mission impossible sign with Tom Cruise on it, Why hadn't I thought of that earlier? I remembered that Tom Cruise was in town and he had stopped by to see Regis earlier, now we knew why we needed to see him. So we went to see Tom Cruise since he was not too far from us and actually staying right close to Regis. That is how the link for the mission impossible underwater explorer was connected but we were caught off guard with the green lady's hidden island. So we walked down the block to take a look at ground zero, Little Italy and China Town. While in China Town I bought a belt, and the china man at the stand looked at me and said beyond the waterfall lies a pond of rocks, only there will you find your message. Tiffany looked behind her and went to investigate there she found some rocks in the pond that had carved on them the empire state building. This must be our clue. So we walked the block to the Empire State building and entered inside to see what this might do with the green lady. My sister had an idea, she walked up to the information desk and showed them the picture of Tom Cruise and David Blane, and asked what that might have to do with the green lady. The lady gave us our tickets and told us to go to the 86th floor. We went up to the top past the stained glass memoirs of those from history, and looked out from the balcony. There was so much beauty we just walked around and took pictures of what we could see. It was than during our travels that we were starting to get hungry so we went to the famous Bubba Gump Shrimp factory to eat some good food. There the waitress brought us our shrimp and drinks and told us they were out of their special "Just Imagine", with a wink she walked away. It was than that I remembered a flyer for Central Park that said Just Imagine. Of course the memento in Central Park. We must go there and find out about it. So we walked through the huge and beautiful 3 block by 40 block park taking pictures till we found the imagine on the ground in the park, my sister sat down to take a phone call that was coming in on her phone and I examined the picture. It seemed as if there was an arrow pointing in the direction of the horse in the park. Lovey was calling us back because it was getting dark. So we decided to finish our trip tomorrow and get back to the Trump Towers to get picked up. In the morning we started out early ready to find out where we should go from the park we went to a restaurant named Lord and Taylor to eat, there they had the best yogurt I had ever tasted. No where else would it be that good. I remembered the horse and thought that maybe some how it might be a theme of the town, so we followed the horse trail to the front door of Gucci, where we went in to look at the expensive bags and 600 dollar shoes.
I stopped to admire the bags and one in particular caught my eye. It had a picture of the green lady, duh... The Statue of Liberty, that's what we would have seen from the Empire State Building. Sure enough it was there in front of our eyes all along we just weren't thinking that it would be that simple. So we traveled across town to see the Statue of liberty and jumped on the ferry leaving the city behind. We saw the lady and went on to her Ellis Island where we went through the room of immigration, come to find out the queen just wanted to send us on a mission to have us look up her ancestors. Now why didn't she just say that? oh well I guess we wouldn't have had as much fun!
